Shipping policy

Welcome to NYXIS. Since every garment is custom-made for you only after your order is placed (Print-on-Demand), our shipping process differs from conventional mass production. This helps conserve resources and avoid overproduction.

1. Processing Time (Production Time) Each design is printed exclusively for you in our partner print shops after the order is received.

Duration: Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days before your package is handed over for shipping.

During peak times (e.g. before holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Once production is complete, we pass your item on to our shipping partners (e.g. DHL, DPD or GLS).

Germany: 2 to 4 business days after production is finished. Europe: 5 to 10 business days. International: 10 to 20 business days (depending on the destination country and the product).

3. Shipping Costs We strive to keep shipping costs as transparent as possible:

Standard shipping Germany: approx. 4.95 € Standard shipping EU: approx. 7.95 €

Free shipping: Orders over 70€/$ within Germany are shipped free of charge.

4. Tracking As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to follow your “product’s” journey live at any time.

5. Customs & Taxes (International Shipping) For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no influence on these charges.

6. Multiple Shipments If you order different products (e.g. a T-shirt and a poster), they may be shipped from different print partners. In this case, you will receive multiple packages, but no additional shipping costs will apply for you.
