Return & Cancellation Policy

We grant a 14-day right of withdrawal (as required by EU law). Since every NYXIS item is printed specifically for you after your order (Print-on-Demand), we kindly ask you to carefully check the size charts before purchasing — this helps avoid unnecessary returns and protects the environment.

How to initiate a return To start a return, please contact us at nyxismode@web.de.

IMPORTANT: Do not send items back to the address shown on the shipping label. Because we work with multiple print partners, all returns must be sent to our central inspection address: Bruchweg 2, 28309 Bremen, Germany

Condition of the item To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached. Items showing signs of wear or perfume/odour cannot be refunded.

Damages & Quality Issues (Claims) Since your product is a unique, made-to-order item, we care deeply about quality. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If:

  • the item is defective or damaged,
  • the print is faulty,
  • or you received the wrong item,

please send us photos of the issue to nyxismode@web.de right away. In these cases, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Custom-made items personalized according to your specific wishes (e.g., a name printed on the shirt) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn clothing. Sale items and gift vouchers are also non-returnable.

Exchange A direct exchange is not possible due to system limitations. We recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the correct size or colour.

Refunds Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days.
